The almost self titled album song is played in open C tuning on the 12 string acoustic guitar as almost always and the lyrics are aimed to inspire change by understanding the power of hope. Evolving one song into the next or an old tune into a new. Continuing the words and meanings into a new set of guitar riffs made up out of old guitar chords and arpeggios. A life long story and musical patterns that continue on as the days turn into years. That’s the beauty of Original Music, there is no such thing as a mistake, it’s meant to be like that and nobody can really know otherwise. I somehow managed to combine the last two verses into one and didn’t realise until the song and film clip were all done and dusted. Probably a good thing in the age of short attentions spans.
